  • Key Concepts: XString is a component of the SAP Change and Transport System (CTS). It is a string of characters that is used to identify objects in the CTS. XString is used to identify objects in the CTS, such as transport requests, transport tasks, and transport routes.
    How to use it: XString is used to identify objects in the CTS. To use XString, you must first create a transport request. Once the request has been created, an XString will be assigned to it. This XString can then be used to identify the request in the CTS.
    Tips & Tricks: When creating a transport request, make sure to save the XString that is assigned to it. This will make it easier to find and manage the request in the CTS.
