  • Key Concepts:
Request status is a feature of the SAP Change & Transport System (CTS) that allows users to track the progress of their transport requests. It provides information about the current status of a transport request, such as whether it has been released, imported, or activated. It also provides information about any errors that may have occurred during the transport process.

    How to use it:
To view the request status of a transport request, open the CTS transaction (SE01) and enter the transport request number. The request status will be displayed in the “Status” column. The status can be one of several values, such as “Released”, “Imported”, “Activated”, or “Error”.

    Tips & Tricks:
If an error occurs during the transport process, it is important to check the request status to determine what went wrong. If an error is displayed in the request status, you can open the transport log (SE09) to view more detailed information about the error.

    Related Information:
For more information about using the CTS and managing transport requests, refer to SAP Help documentation on Change & Transport System (CTS).
