  Request Overview is a feature of the SAP Change & Transport System (CTS) that allows users to view and manage all requests related to a particular transport. It provides an overview of the status of each request, including the current step in the transport process, the user responsible for the request, and the date and time of the last change. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To access Request Overview, open the CTS menu in SAP and select “Request Overview”. This will open a list of all requests related to the current transport. From here, users can view details about each request, such as its status, who is responsible for it, and when it was last changed. Users can also delete or reset requests from this screen. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When viewing Request Overview, users can filter the list by status or user to quickly find specific requests. Additionally, users can select multiple requests at once and perform bulk actions such as deleting or resetting them.
