  • Key Concepts:
A changelist is a collection of transport requests in the Change & Transport System (CTS) of SAP. It is used to group related transport requests together and to ensure that all the requests are transported together. The changelist is created by the CTS administrator and can contain any number of transport requests.

    How to use it:
To create a changelist, the CTS administrator must first select the transport requests that they want to include in the changelist. Once the transport requests have been selected, the CTS administrator can then create a new changelist and assign it a unique name. The CTS administrator can then add the selected transport requests to the changelist. Once all of the transport requests have been added, the CTS administrator can then release the changelist for transport.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a changelist, it is important to ensure that all of the transport requests included in the changelist are related to each other. This will help ensure that all of the transport requests are transported together and will reduce the risk of errors occurring during transport.
