  A substitute profile is a feature of SAP Business Workflow that allows a user to assign a substitute to take over their tasks in the event of an absence. The substitute can be assigned for a specific period of time, or until the user returns. The substitute will have access to the same tasks and information as the original user. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To assign a substitute profile, the user must first create a substitute profile in the SAP system. This can be done by going to the “Substitute Profile” tab in the SAP Business Workflow menu. From there, the user can select the desired substitute and assign them for a specific period of time or until the user returns. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  It is important to remember that when assigning a substitute profile, the user must ensure that the substitute has access to all of the same tasks and information as they do. This will ensure that the substitute is able to effectively take over for the user while they are away.
