The system time zone is set in the ABAP Runtime Environment (BC-ABA) component of the SAP system.

    To set the system time zone, go to the ABAP Runtime Environment (BC-ABA) component of the SAP system. Select the “Time Zone” tab and select the appropriate time zone from the drop-down list. Once selected, click “Save” to apply the changes.
