  • Description: Hierarchy nodes are the objects of a hierarchy linked using hierarchy edges. Hierarchy nodes can be root nodes, parent nodes, child nodes, leaf nodes, orphan nodes, sibling nodes, descendant nodes, and ancestor nodes. In an SQL hierarchy, a hierarchy node is a row of the tabular SQL data source and contains special hierarchy columns for the hierarchy attributes of the SQL hierarchy.
