Key Concepts: An attorney in the SAP Application Platform (AP) is a user who is authorized to act on behalf of another user. This means that the attorney can access and manage the other user's data, such as creating and editing documents, approving transactions, and more. How to use it: In order to assign an attorney, the user must first be registered in the SAP system. Once registered, the user can then assign an attorney by selecting the “Assign Attorney” option from the user’s profile page. The attorney will then be able to access and manage the user’s data as needed. Tips & Tricks: It is important to note that attorneys are only able to access and manage data that has been explicitly granted permission by the user. Additionally, attorneys are only able to access and manage data for a limited period of time, which is specified when assigning the attorney.
