What is withdrawn in SAP AP-RFQ - SRM RFQ Processing?

  • Description: A status indicating that a supplier quote that had already been submitted has been withdrawn by the bidder, or that a request for quote or a supplier quote has been withdrawn from the approval process.

    Withdrawn is a status in SAP SRM RFQ Processing that indicates that the Request for Quotation (RFQ) has been cancelled. This status is used when the RFQ is no longer valid or needed. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To withdraw an RFQ, go to the RFQ Overview screen and select the RFQ you want to withdraw. Then click on the Withdraw button. This will change the status of the RFQ to withdrawn and it will no longer be visible in the system. 
    
    Tips & Tricks:
