    Released is a status in SAP SRM RFQ Processing that indicates that the Request for Quotation (RFQ) has been approved and is ready to be sent out to vendors. It is the final step in the RFQ process before the RFQ is sent out. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To release an RFQ, go to the RFQ Overview screen and select the RFQ you want to release. Then click on the Release button in the toolbar. This will change the status of the RFQ from “In Preparation” to “Released”. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When releasing an RFQ, make sure that all of the necessary information has been entered correctly. This includes vendor information, item details, and any other relevant information.
