    Property groups are used in SAP SRM Property Management to define the characteristics of a property.     How to use it: 
    Property groups can be created in SAP SRM Property Management by selecting the “Create Property Group” option from the menu. Once created, the property group can be assigned to a property by selecting the “Assign Property Group” option from the menu. This will allow the user to assign the appropriate attributes to the property. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a property group, it is important to consider how it will be used. For example, if a property group is being created for residential properties, it may include attributes such as number of bedrooms and bathrooms. On the other hand, if a property group is being created for commercial properties, it may include attributes such as square footage and number of floors.
