  • Key Concepts: Set type is a feature in the SAP AP-MD Master Data component that allows users to group materials together into a set. This set can then be used to assign certain characteristics to all of the materials in the set, such as pricing or availability. This feature is useful for quickly assigning the same characteristics to multiple materials at once.
    How to use it: To use the set type feature, first create a set by selecting the materials you want to include in it. Then, assign the desired characteristics to the set. Finally, save the set and it will be applied to all of the materials in it.
