Determine whether the inactive variants have the same content or only
the same name.
Variants can also be inactive in only one application.
Example: 01SAP RKU2 active
01SAP RKS inactive
Same name: Change the variant name in table T021I and restart the XPRA.
Same content: The variant was flagged as inactive and therefore is not
inserted into the new tables.
