Authorization object S_TABU_CLI (maintenance of cross-client tables):
the system checks if the field CLIIDMAINT (indicator for cross-client
maintenance) has the value X.
Authorization object S_ADMI_FCD (system authorizations): the system
checks if the field S_ADMI_FCD (system administration functions) has
the value '*'.
