terminated because it cannot be guaranteed that a consistent workflow
definition will be created.

<DS:TRAN.SWU8>Activate the workflow trace</> and execute the Workflow
Wizard again. If the Workflow Wizard terminates again, <DS:TRAN.SWU9>
display the workflow trace</>. The last entry states why the operation
failed.
