In the planning parameters of info structure &v1&, the planning type is
not set to 'consistent planning.
In product allocation, only the info structure entries with completely
filled features are read (these are the planning objects/members of the
lowest level of the planning hierararchy). During consistent planning,
values are only set for these planning objects/members.
Step-by-step planning (planning type 'I') can also be used for product
allocation. This involves the values at higher levels being stored
independently of one another. These entries are ignored by product
allocation.
At the higher levels of the planning hierarchy (not all features are
specified) the current product allocations and amounts of allocations
used are not specified. In some circumstances, this is necessary for
the product allocation planning process.
