On Hyper-V: this is the demand of memory of the guest OS running within
the VM (total committed memory of the OS itself and the applications
running on it) to meet its processing needs. If the amount of memory
assigned to the virtual system is lower than the memory demand,
performance might decrease due to increased paging of the guest OS.
This value is valid with activated Dynamic Memory only.
