For a language import (in the case of language supplementation), the
files to be imported are checked for consistency.
What is covered in the consistency check?
1. The language to be imported is checked
- Does the language selected correspond to the contents of the
language file?
2. The Release is checked
- The Release of the language exported must match the current
system Release
3. The structure of the language files is checked
4. The mode is checked
- For the language import
The system checks whether the file was created by a language
export and has the correct mode.
The following modes are possible:
- Full import
- Delta import
- Import for industry-specific components
- Translation import
- Import by packages
- For the language supplementer
The system checks whether the file was created by the language
supplementer.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Check whether the file named in the error message exists in the
directory and that it has the necessary access authorizations.
Check that you have chosen the correct import mode.
The language files must only be generated by the language export or the
language supplementer.
Copying language files under a different name can result in
inconsistencies.
If a file with the above naming convention exists, check whether there
is a language file without an extension in the same directory. If this
is the case, copy the file to another directory to avoid side-effects.
If the entries you made were correct and the the error message refers
to a data file that has been destroyed or created incorrectly, you may
find a solution to your problem in the SAP notes system. Use the
keywords "Language" or "SMLT" to find an appropriate note. If you
cannot solve the problem yourself, contact SAP.
