Maintain the namespaces using: Transaction SE09 -> <LS>Transport
Organizer Tools</> -> <LS>Administration</> -> <LS>Display/Change

You can distinguish the following cases:
The namespace begins with "/0SAP":
Make sure that the namespace role is "C" (target) and the indicators
"SSCR Popup" and "SAP Standard" are activated. The license fields
remain empty.
You did not create the namespace yourself. Instead the owner of the
namespace is SAP AG or another software manufacturer:
Make sure that the namespace role is "C" (recipient). In the field
<LS>repair license</> you either have to enter the valid license or
activate the indicator "SSCR Popup". Contact the owner of the
namespace, who can tell you how to proceed and the name of the valid
repair license.
You are the owner of the namespace:
