The object &V3& cannot be locked to make changes because it is already
locked for editing by user &V2& in request/task &V1&. You do not have a
task in this request.
You cannot create a task either, for example, because the request is
protected, or you have no authorization to create a task, or the
release has already been started.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Should you nevertheless wish to edit the object, then contact the
person responsible for the request. You have the following options:
The person responsible can assign you a task in this request.
Afterwards you can both work on the object, but you also have to use a
common transport.
Release the request that is locking the object with all its tasks. As a
result, the request locks are removed and you can then work on the the
object.
