Comment corriger cette erreur?

The short text of the error message specifies which queue contains
errors. Copy the queue name and call transaction SMQ2. Start the
selection using the copied queue name.
Try to analyze and correct the problem, then restart the queue. Once the
entry with errors has been executed successfully, you must stop the
queue by using a stop entry and wait until the entry currently being
executed has been completed successfully. You can then change the
settings for inbound processing.
Tools for analyzing queue entries with errors:
Transaction SWF_TRC
If errors occur during inbound processing, the system writes a system
trace for component BC-BMT-WFM. The trace entries provide information
about the cause of the error. The trace also indicates whether it is a
temporary or permanent error. Since the system restarts the queue entry
if it is a temporary error, you only need to take action if the error is
permanent.
Note that it is not possible to start queue entries with errors if a
queue is stopped or not registered. Furthermore, a temporary queue entry
error becomes a permanent error after several unsuccessful restart
attempts.
Transaction ST22
The queue can have permanent error status due to an unforeseeable
runtime error. To limit the number of hits in ST22 as accurately as
possible, you can use the date and time of the runtime error either from
the trace (transaction SWF_TRC) or from the queue entry (transaction
SMQ2).
