The name of an entry in the generic CodeList Provider registry must
match the name of the generated proxy of the global code data type.
There is no active generated proxy with the specified name, or the
associated GDT definition is not of type 'CODE'.
A registry entry without GDT definition of type 'CODE' and active proxy
is of no use.
Change the GDT definition to type 'CODE', and generate the proxy, or
activate an already generated proxy.
