Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

Every time snapshot of OS-Monitoring data are updated it is checked
whether the displayed values are up-to-date. The last
SAPOSCOL-Write-Time is compared with the current time of the monitored
component. If the timestamp is older than current timestamp - 2 x
collector interval the error message is raised.,,

Le système émet un message d'erreur et ne vous permettra pas de poursuivre cette transaction tant que l'erreur n'est pas résolue.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Please try first to restart the underlying saphostagent (saphostexec
-restart) on the monitored component, as also the corresponding SAPOSCOL
process will be restarted. In most cases the problem should be gone
afterwards. But if the error message is raised again and the snapshot
data is not being updated its root cause has to be analyzed and found.
As it is very exceptional and can have many reasons<(>,<)> please
contact SAP Support by opening a customer message under component
BC-CCM-MON.
