Description
This elementary test checks whether a number range object exists for
the SIDs for the characteristic &V1&. If this is the case, it checks
whether the largest <AB>SID</> used is smaller than or if it has the
same status as the number range object. If this is not the case, an
error has occured.
Repairs
The status of the number range object can be corrected in the repair
mode. A number range object is also created here if it is missing. To
allow a missing number range object to be created, you can also
reactivate the characteristic.
