You are attempting to create a sample-drawing instruction for sample
category &V1& or to change the sample category of a sample-drawing
instruction to &V1&. This is not permitted because the following
conditions apply:
If a sample-drawing unit contains more than one sample-drawing
instruction for primary samples, it must not contain any sample-drawing
instructions for pooled samples.
If a sample-drawing unit contains one or more sample-drawing
instructions for pooled samples, it must contain exactly one
sample-drawing instruction for primary samples.
A sample-drawing unit can contain a maximum of one sample-drawing
instruction for reserve samples.

taken into account in sample calculation.
