In the inspection lot to which the certificate values should be
transferred, a specific inspection scope is required for inspection
characteristic "&V1&". Either no inspection scope has been specified for
this characteristic on the certificate or it does not correspond with
the required inspection scope.

However, the characteristic values are still transferred, if a
characteristic does not have original value recording and the fixed
inspection scope is exceeded.
