Reporting point &V1& is automatically confirmed when confirming
reporting point &V2&.
To be able to predict the sequence of the confirmations for later
processing and the valuation, the creation time of each confirmation
generated is adjusted so that they are all one second apart. The
creation time of the automatically generated confirmation that has been
changed in this way for reporting point &V1& exists prior to the
creation time of a confirmation that already exists for this reporting
point.
