The archiving target specified does not have the ID of an archiving
device. Therefore, you cannot use it as a target when archiving.
An archive ID is assigned to a device via table TSP0F. If the table
does not have a relevant entry, the profile parameter
rspo/default_archiver is used.
An ID is assigned to an archiving device via transaction SPAD/Output
Devices.
