Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

If you want to change the employer or the legal person for a personnel
assignment, you have to end the personnel assignment and create a new
personnel assignment with the new employer/legal person. Therefore, the
<LS>Change of Legal Person</> action connects leaving and hiring actions
that you execute together.
First, you have to perform a leaving action for the existing personnel
assignment. Then, you create as part of a hiring action a new personnel
assignment for the employee.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

On this dialog screen, select the desired leaving and hiring actions for
ending the existing personnel assignment and creating a new one.
