Consult the prefix formats in table T5F6B that correspond to the
elements.
For a <ZH>"HRP"</> type multiple element, enter a 7-figure code in
AAAAMMp format, where AAAAMM corresponds to a date prior to the payroll
period and p to a switch number between 1 and 9 (generally 1 by
default).
