Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

Either there are no unprocessed items in the DTF for creating a
settlement and/or transmission, or if changing a settlement/
transmission, the DTF items have already been archived and therefore
cannot be further processed or reversed.

Le système émet un message d'erreur et ne vous permettra pas de poursuivre cette transaction tant que l'erreur n'est pas résolue.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

For creating a settlement and/or transmission, check that the DTF items
have been uploaded either by IDOC's or manually and have not already
been transmitted and/or settled.
For changing settlements/transmissions, re-load the items into the DTF
from the archive.
