Message type: E = Error
Message class: MW - Messages IS-R / Allocation Tables
Message number: 010
Message text: Plateforme & : entrée en stock implicite (commandé : &, réparti : &)
This message may have the following causes:
The system optimized quantities, as you selected "Round off as per
rounding profile".
In doing so, the system determined an order quantity of &V2& for
distribution center &V1&. &V3& is passed onto the plants supplied by the
distribution center.
This message also appears if you created an allocation table item
referencing a purchase order or a shipping notification.
In this case, the order quantity for the distribution center is
determined by the document referenced and cannot be changed.
If the allocation table item has been created with reference to a
purchasing list, it may be the case that multiple assortments are
assigned to a purchase order item. If at least one store is contained in
each of the assortments, then a separate allocation table item is
created for each assortment. The total purchase order quantity of this
purchase order item is thus distributed over the various generated
allocation table items.
Le système émet un message d'erreur et ne vous permettra pas de poursuivre cette transaction tant que l'erreur n'est pas résolue.
When you create or change an allocation table, the system does not
automatically split up the remaining difference among the plants.
If you do not want to split up the difference manually:
When you adjust the allocation table, the system allocates the actual
goods receipt quantity. If the quantity ordered is the same as that
delivered, the system reacts as in the case of an overdelivery (since
the order quantity is the same as the total plant quantity). By
selecting an allocation profile, you can determine whether the remaining
quantity remains in the DC or is split up among the plants.
If warehouse orders or deliveries are generated in the distribution
center before the goods receipt is posted, the remaining quantity
remains in the distribution center.
If the order quantity for the distribution center is smaller than the
sum of the quantities for the plants supplied by the distribution
center, no follow-on documents can be generated for this allocation
table item.
If an allocation table item has been created for each assortment and
multiple allocation items exist for each purchase order item, a
synchronization between the purchase order item and the allocation table
is no longer possible due to this multiple assignment.
If a separate allocation table item has been created for each
assortment, and thus multiple allocation table items exist for one
purchase order item, no further activity is required.
Accept the putaway in the distribution center of the remaining quantity
or change the plant quantities manually.
If the order quantity of the distribution center is smaller than the sum
of the quantities for the plants supplied by the distribution center,
you have to adjust the plant quantities.
