Comment corriger cette erreur?

Display the batch master record for &V1& in transaction
<DS:TRAN.MSC3N>Display batch</> (MSC3N).
Choose the <ZK>Classification</> tab page and check whether the batch
characteristics are valuated.
If the classification exists in the batch master record, contact the
<ZK>SAP Support Line</>.
