Before material staging can be carried out in the WM system, the WM
initialization must be run successfully. When initializing the WM
system, a component must be selected that determines which production
storage bin will be selected and what material staging method will be
used for <GL:replenishment>replenishment</>. Without this information,
material staging cannot take place.
