Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

During the WM material staging process for release order parts, the
requirement quantity and the requested quantity are determined as the
open transfer requirement (TR) quantity for each material and
production storage bin. The requirement quantity is calculated based on
the reservations of the selected orders and is accumulated for each
material and storage bin. For release order parts, the system does not
update the generated transfer requirement quantities in the
reservations since this type of material staging is not order-based,
but material-based. As a result, the open transfer requirements must be
checked against the requested quantity. Since the transfer requirements
also have no reference to the order, the quantity of all open transfer
requirements will be accumulated for each material and production
storage bin and will be determined as the open TR quantity.
If the requirement quantity is determined on the basis of all
reservations, the relation between the requirement quantity and the
requested quantity as the open TR quantity is correct. However, if the
requirement quantity is determined on the basis of only part of the
reservations, the system checks this partial quantity as the
requirement quantity against the total quantity of the open transfer
requirements in order to determine the requested quantity.
The following example illustrates this problem:
For material 'XYZ' and production storage bin '100 bin-01', five
reservations (5 orders) exist:
order 4711 50 pieces
order 4712 100 pieces
order 4713 50 pieces
order 4714 50 pieces
order 4715 100 pieces

A warehouse worker requests staging for material 'XYZ' and selects
orders 4711 and 4712. The requirement quantity is 150 pieces. There are
no open transfer requirements for material XYZ and production storage
bin '100 bin-01'. As a result of the request made, the system will
create a transfer requirement for 150 pieces.
The warehouse worker repeats his staging request for this material and
this production storage bin. For this second staging request, he
selects the next two orders, 4713 and 4714. In this case, the
requirement quantity is 100 pieces. The open transfer requirement of
the first request has not yet been converted into a transfer order. The
system does not propose a requested quantity, since there is an open TR
quantity of 150 pieces for the requirement quantity of 150 pieces. This
means that no new transfer requirement needs to be created.
If the system had already converted the open transfer requirement into
a transfer order when the worker made his second staging request, it
would have proposed the total requirement quantity of 100 pieces as the
requested quantity.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Staging release order parts by selecting different orders only makes
sense if no open transfer requirements exist at the time when the
materials are supplied. This means that you must not request a second
staging of release order parts by selecting different orders, unless
the transfer requirements have been converted into transfer orders.
