Operating concern &V1& is active in both costing-based and
account-based CO-PA, and the cycle &V2& was defined with the sender
selection type "Split costs". Therefore a value field must be assigned
for both fixed and variable costs, otherwise only one of these
categories of costs will be updated in account-based CO-PA.
