You want to assign cost center &V1& to the HR organizational unit "&V2&
" (key &V3&). However, no controlling area has been assigned to this HR
organizational unit.
A controlling area is assigned to an HR organizational unit under the
following circumstances: either the organizational unit has been linked
to a controlling area (direct assignment), or the controlling area has
been linked to a unit above the original organizational unit
(inheritance assignment).

You cannot assign the cost center to the HR organizational unit because
this requires an assignment to the controlling area.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Cost center &V1& belongs to controlling area &V4& in Controlling.
Therefore assign controlling area &V4& to the enterprise organization.
Use the object manager to locate the controlling area. Then select the
controlling area in the results area of the object manager, and use
drag and drop to assign it to the HR organizational unit required.
Once you have done so, you can assign cost center &V1& to an HR
organizational unit that belongs to this controlling area (either
directly, or via inheritance).
