Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

It was tried to determine delimitation values for a certain field of a
table. However, it turned out that for a certain value of this field,
there are more unprocessed logging table records than requested.
Example: you requested that a delimitation should be determined such
that each access plan should contain 500,000 records of the logging
table. However, there are 800,000 records in this logging table having
the same value for the delimitation field

Le système émet un message d'erreur et ne vous permettra pas de poursuivre cette transaction tant que l'erreur n'est pas résolue.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

You could either choose another primary key field of the original table
for which this problem won't occur, and specify this field in table
IUUC_PERF_OPTION. However, this will take effect only in the next test
or productive run (only then, a new logging table will be created which
will consider this change).
For the current run, you might increase the number of records for which
the same value in this field is allowed. In the above example,
increasing the number from 500,000 to 1,000,000
