the <DS:GLOS.counter_reading>counter reading</> that you have entered
is larger than the one in the subsequent
<DS:GLOS.measurement_document>measurement document</>.
This is not allowed, since the <DS:GLOS.counter>counter</> is not
marked as running backwards.
