Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

You have allowed preprinting or reprinting for certain combinations of
users and shop papers. You have also selected the checkbox <LS>Used for
Job Card</>, which specifes that the shop paper should not be sent as a
spool request to a printer, but that it should be transferred as part of
a job card to the <ZK>Maintenance Worker</> role.

Réponse du système

In general, shop papers should only be sent to the maintenance worker
when the maintenance order has been released. Job cards therefore cannot
be preprinted or reprinted. In addition, preprints and reprints are only
sent as spool requests to a printer. You therefore cannot preprint or
reprint any shop papers that you use in job cards.
