• Message text: Impossible de lancer l'application car ID personne manquant

&CAUSE&:
The problem can have various causes:
1. The calling application has not provided an appropriate ID
2. Updating an application that has already been started is not
supported (browser button F5 or iView/portal page option Update)
The following exception applies to both points:
If the HRTMC_EMPLOEE_PROFILE application is running in ESS, it
determines the required ID from the USER and therefore does not require
an ID transfer.
