The system settings are such that a warning message is not normally
issued when you execute a generic search based on students or other
Personnel Planning objects (PD objects).
A generic search can be a heavy load on the database server and lead to
long runtimes, which is why it should generally be avoided.
The system performs a generic search, for example, when you enter the
value "<LB>*</>" instead of a specific search term in the <LS>student
number</> field, and then start a search.
