of a contract that has been declared. You are trying to delete the
latest existing occurrence of the contract reference &SYST-MSGV1& with
the unique identifier &SYST-MSGV2&. This action is prohibited, as this
contract was declared in the DSN for the month of &SYST-MSGV3&.
