You have created a
<DS:TX.BE_RPI>recognized partial illness</> (RPI) for the employee
using the <ZK>Planned Working Time</> (<ZH>0007</>) infotype and with
reorganization measure <ZH>005</>. However, an absence record exists for
this employee in the <ZK>Absences </>(<ZH>2001</>) infotype; the date
range for the absence record overlaps with the begin/ end of the RPI
period.

The system has identified that an absence record for this employee
overlaps with the RPI period specified. It is valid for an absence to
exist before, during, or after an RPI period. However, if an absence and
an RPI period occur at the same time, the absence record must be split
and use the RPI period dates.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

You must check the dates for the RPI period and the absence record. If
necessary, you must split the absence record and ensure the dates are
consistent with the RPI period.
To check the consistency of the dates for both the absence record and
the RPI period, as follows:
If an absence record exists before the RPI period begins, you delimit
the existing absence. To delimit the absence record, you specify an end
date for the absence record that immediately precedes the start of the
RPI period (the day before the RPI begins). If the existing absence
extends beyond the start date of the RPI period, you create a new
absence record that has the same start date as the RPI period.
If an absence record starts during the RPI period, you delimit the
absence record by specifying an end date for the absence that is the
same as the end date for the RPI period. If the absence extends beyond
the RPI period, you create a new absence record that begins on the day
after the RPI period ends.
If an absence occurs after the RPI period, you create a new absence
record.
