You want to transfer changes made to the personnel cost plan during
detail planning to a different personnel cost plan. However, changes
exist in the source plan for the cost unit &V1& &V2& &V3& with an event
type that the system cannot copy.
This is the case, for example, if an organizational reassignment was
performed during detail planning. The system cannot copy this event type
from one plan to another.

The system cannot transfer the change with the invalid event type, and
any other changes, made to this cost object during detail planning from
the source plan to the target plan.
