You tried to print Benefits forms in the background. However, you have
choosen to use office templates for some of the forms to be printed. It
is not technically possible to print office forms in the background
since no connection to a front end is available in this mode.

The system could not print the forms to which office templates are
assigned.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

Run form printing in dialog mode instead of background mode for the
forms that use office templates.
Alternatively, if you you want to use background printing, consider
using SAPscript templates instead. You assign templates in Benefits
Customizing in the activity <LS>Assign Templates to Form Types</>.
