to &V4& is not permitted. This is because either the date field is empty
, the start date is later than the end date, or the business partner
number field is empty.

Check the relevant organizational unit and business partner. If the
relationship between them does not yet exist, you can create one
manually.

If business partner number "&V2&" is empty, this is due to a program
error. Notify SAP about the error.
