In the database table PB2AMGR, there is already an entry with the "newly
created" GLBID number '&v1&'.
&NOTE&
When a new GLBID number (GLBID = global object ID) is created, the
system determines the next free number from the number range <ZK>HRB2A
</>.

The new GLBID number is composed of the following:
Country grouping (2 characters, alphanumeric)
Area (4 characters, alphanumeric)
Document class (4 characters, alphanumeric)
The next free number (20 characters, numeric)

There are several possibilities as to the cause:
The limit of the number range interval was exceeded.
Then the first interval number is used again.
The number range was changed.
You may have changed the status with the Number Range Maintenance
transaction.
Data from different outbound systems/clients was "merged", but the
number range status was not adjusted accordingly.
This occurs sometimes if you create one system from several systems.

You have to correct he limits of the number range interval <ZK>HRB2A</>
and/or its current status. (See Customizing: <DS:SIMG.PAY_DE_B2A_600>
Configure Number Range</>)
No values can lie between the current status and the end of the number
range interval <ZK>HRB2A</> that already occur in the last 20 digits of
any GLBID in the database table PB2AMGR.
If necessary, you can also delete old B2A notifications using a
<DS:RE.H99_B2AREORG>reorganization</>, thus creating room again for the
number range interval. (Report <DS:REPO.H99_B2AREORG>H99_B2AREORG</>)
