corresponding change in equity (which means that the investment has
increases while the equity has decreased, or vice versa).

The system interprets these entries as an increase or reduction in
capitalization with a change in the group share. However, for the
automatic consolidation of investments, you need to enter this in a
different way.

"Performing Consolidation of Investments", topic "Increase in
Capitalization with Change in Ownership Share". If applicable, correct
the investment book value or the change in capitalization.
