Assignment of order &V2& is based on the historical assignments of
material &V1&. The pegging process depends on the planning level of the
material. For example, materials with planning level '000' are
processed first, then those with planning level '001', and so on.

Check the assignment of order &V2&. If assignment of the higher level
order has changed, this will be reflected in the lower level order only
after the next pegging run. If the higher level order does not have any
historical assignments, order &V2& can only be assigned in the next
program run.
